Leadership with Vision & Values

The RBCO Board of Directors is composed of volunteer members and officers who reside here in the Baths. Members come from diverse backgrounds, including business, trade, agriculture, education and the clergy. Board membership is a 3-year term, and members are governed by a set of bylaws. Our simple mission is to serve, unite and strengthen the community of Rockbridge Baths and Rockbridge County.

Our Story

The Rockbridge Baths Community Organization was founded in 2019 by our first President, Malcolm Brownlee, and a small group of other dedicated volunteers. It has grown by leaps and bounds, even throughout the pandemic. The purpose of the organization is to build community, through helping, connecting and supporting, "neighbor to neighbor." We welcome any and all offers of help, support, labor, knowledge, and caring- and we welcome, equally, requests for the same, from our neighbors in need. We are here to serve!
